I, Devin Mallonee, Head of Information Technology for Agency Tribal Nations, being duly authorized and acting in my official capacity, do hereby affirm, attest, and declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of Agency Tribal Nations and the United States as follows:

1. I am the Head of Information Technology for Agency Tribal Nations and, in that capacity, am responsible for the publication, posting, and digital recordkeeping of official notices and public-facing documents on the official website of Agency Tribal Nations at https://agencytribalnations.org.

2. On April 7, 2026, I personally published and posted to the official Agency Tribal Nations website the following Public Notices, each of which was made publicly accessible to the Tribal membership, the public, and all interested parties:

3. Each of the above Public Notices was published in full, in its official form, on the date stated, and made continuously available to the public through the Agency Tribal Nations Public Notices hub at https://agencytribalnations.org/public-notice.html.

4. Each of the above Public Notices carries a thirty (30) day public notice period, commencing on April 7, 2026 and running through May 7, 2026, during which any objection, comment, or response may be submitted to Agency Tribal Nations through official channels.

5. Each of the above Public Notices is final, effective, and binding as of April 7, 2026, the date of publication. The 30-day notice period does not delay or suspend the effective date; rather, it provides a public comment window during which the notices remain in full force and effect.

6. The publication of these notices was performed in the ordinary course of the official duties of the Office of Information Technology of Agency Tribal Nations, and the digital records of publication, including server timestamps, file modification records, and public-access URLs, are preserved as part of the official record of Agency Tribal Nations.

7. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of Agency Tribal Nations and the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I affirm that the Public Notices identified above (PN-470, PN-480, PN-490, PN-500, and PN-510) were duly authorized by the Office of the Head Chief, were published on April 7, 2026, carry a 30-day notice period, and are final and effective as of the date of publication. The Tribal Council and the Office of the Head Chief stand behind each notice as an official act of Agency Tribal Nations.
