AGENCY TRIBAL NATIONS today issued Public Notice PN-560, formally publishing the 12Tribal.com National Tribal Commerce program presented by the Sovereign Tribal Advisory Group. The program unites Tribal Medicine and Tribal Transport to join forces with 12 different tribes across 12 different states, creating a comprehensive national supply chain for tribal commerce under IRC 7871. The Nottaway Tribal Community-SW/Hoopa Valley, housed within Crow Nation Resolution, is launching this united group of tribal nations to facilitate the Tribal Commerce & Economic Development program.
Program Structure — 12 States, $12M Investment
Participating States: Oregon, Nevada, California, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Hawaii, Illinois, Florida, New York, Maine.
- $1,000,000 deposit per state from cannabis company partner
- 12 Total Deposits = $12M
- Paid back at 5% of each invoice
- Each licensee receives 1% equity share of their state's revenue from Tribal Transport Sales
